By creating a generic ecommerce site, easily populated by standardized furniture products, different departments have the ability to purchase what they are allowed to based on budget and pre-selected furniture with pre-selected finishes. If multiple vendors and dealers supplied the products to the facility, the request for PO will go directly to the multiple vendors selected in your online request for new furniture.
FURNITURE QR CODING
Inventory and QR Coding is important to many large facilities. Knowing what furniture you have, where it is physically, and how to make use of the inventory for reconfigurations, add-ons, or expansions is critical to the Facilities Department.
